Yvonne I’Anson has enjoyed a long and varied career, working as Publicist at York Theatre Royal; Publicity Officer at the Swan Theatre Worcester; Assistant and Acting General Manager at Watford Palace Theatre and Marketing Manager at the Gordon Craig Theatre, Stevenage. She worked as a Junior Agent for seven years with Peter Browne Management and she was a freelance Publicist/Marketing/General Management consultant for 8 years.  As a freelancer she specialised in pantomime, which is a genre she loves, and often gave talks and compiled Education Packs to accompany the productions.  However, she also worked on a variety of other projects including national tours, variety shows and personal publicity for various artists.  She was Marketing Manager at the New End Theatre in Hampstead before joining Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts as Head of Marketing where she stayed for 13 years.

Yvonne regularly contributes articles to various publications including the very popular ‘Just Ask Yvonne’ Advice Column.  She sits on the board of Iris Theatre Company and The Honourable Society of Faster Craftswomen.  She also runs an Actor’s Advice Surgery offering career and development guidance.
